Tuberous Breast Surgery Case 385

The patient is a 21-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of unnatural appearing breasts, which were too small. The left breast had a higher inframammary crease consistent with mild tuberous breasts. I felt the patient would benefit from bilateral breast augmentation with circumareolar mastopexies. The patient wished to have approximately 500 cc silicone gel implants and as a result an off-label consent form was signed given the patient was under 22 years old.

Both implants Sientra 505 cc textured round high profile cohesive silicone gel implants.
