Tuberous Breast Surgery Case 437

This patient is a 33-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints breast size smaller than desired. The patient also had somewhat oversized and protruding areolas. I felt a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants would give the patient the best overall results. We discussed the option of circumareolar mastopexy if the areolas were significantly larger or created a distraction to the overall aesthetic result.

During surgery I placed Sientra 350 cc textured classic anatomical moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants for a stable, natural result.  I also performed a circumareolar mastopexy to improve the areolar laxity and position.  The patient recovered well and was very happy with her results.
