This patient is a 19-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of tuberous breasts. I felt that the patient would benefit from a circumareolar mastopexy but she also wished to be fuller and as a result, we decided on small implants.
During surgery I placed Sientra smooth round moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants (190cc on the left and 230cc on the right due to a small asymmetry). I also performed lower pole tissue scoring and a circumareolar mastopexy to round out and reshape the breasts.
She recovered quickly after surgery and was thrilled with her rounder, fuller and more aesthetic appearing breasts.
