This is a 29 year old male patient who presented to my Scottsdale practice for evaluation of his mild gynecomastia. He was quite embarrassed by his breasts, and would always wear 2 t-shirts to hide his breasts. Additionally he was displeased with the extra fat in his abdominal region, flanks, and back. He did not wish an excisional procedure for his breasts with resulting scars, so we formulated a minimally invasive plan to allow him to have a great result with minimal scars. We decided on performing power-assisted liposuction of his breasts, lateral chest, abdomen, love handles, and back. He is shown postoperatively with an overall significantly improved contour. He is exceptionally pleased with his new look and feels confident wearing form-fitting clothes.
