Male Breast/Areola Reduction Case 803

This patient is a 32 year-old male who presented to my office with complaints of excess fullness in the chest consistent with gynecomastia. I felt that a combination of chest liposuction and direct glandular tissue removal through an areolar incision would give him the best results.  During surgery, I performed liposuction of the chest and removed approximately 30 grams of glandular tissue per side.

After surgery, the patient healed well and was very pleased with his flatter, more angular and masculine chest appearance
