Labia Reduction Case 491

This patient is a 22-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of excess fullness in labia minora causing issues with discomfort and the aesthetic appearance. I felt that a bilateral wedge resection labia reduction would give the patient the best overall results.  The patient recovered well after surgery and was very happy with the improved comfort and appearance of her labia.
