This patient is a 23-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of excess fullness in the labia minora bilaterally, which caused both discomfort during physical activities and aesthetic concern. I felt that the patient would benefit from a wedge resection bilaterally. The labia reduction was performed and the patient recovered well after surgery and was very happy with the improved comfort and appearance of her labia.
