This patient is a 37-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of unnatural appearing breasts from prior surgery performed by another surgeon, as well as significant distortion of the abdomen after multiple pregnancies. I felt the patient would benefit from complex breast revision and abdominoplasty with power-assisted liposuction of the flanks.
During surgery I revised the patient's pockets, replaced her old saline implants with Sientra smooth round ~450cc moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants and performed full inverted-T scar mastopexies. Additionally, I performed an abdominoplasty with muscle tightening as well as power assisted liposuction of the flanks.
The patient recovered nicely after surgery and could not believe the incredible transformation of her body!
