This pleasant 27 year old female presented to my office requesting breast enhancement surgery. She presented as a small B cup and wished to be a D cup postoperatively. She underwent subfascial breast augmentation with high profile 425 cc smooth round silicone gel implants and Galaform 3D mesh lower pole reinforcement and is shown 6 months postoperatively.
