This pleasant 30 year old female presented to my office feeling "deflated" following child rearing and breast feeding. She was an avid athelete and wished to return to working out quickly following her surgery. She underwent bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with use of Galaform 3D mesh lower pole reinforcement and 325 cc anatomical gel implants. She is shown 3 months following her surgery.
