This pleasant 38 year old female presented to my office requesting a breast augmentation. She felt deflated after child rearing. She underwent bilateral dual-plane breast augmentation with 350 cc anatomical gel silicone implants and circumareolar mastopexies for proper nipple-areola repositioning. She is shown 3 years following her surgery.
