This is a pleasant 35 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale office complaining of deflated and overly flattened breasts following child rearing and breast feeding. She wished for improved fullness and shape of her breasts. We decided on a dual-plane breast augmentation with circumareolar mastopexies for an overall improved breast shape and contour.
During her surgery, I placed numerous sizers into her submuscular pocket prior to ultimately choosing Sientra Moderate Profile HSC 365 cc smooth round silicone gel implants followed by circumareolar mastopexies for a beautiful and still proportionate result. She is so happy with her outcome and is shown here 2 months following her surgery rocking her new look!
