This patient is a 52-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale practice had previously undergone a breast reduction in addition to placement of textured saline implants by another surgeon. The patient had breasts larger than desired and wished to have a lift and reduction. Prior to surgery, I performed a preoperative deflation with the plan of complete capsulectomies and a breast reduction.
