This is a pleasant 49 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale office for a “Mommy Makeover.” She was displeased with the appearance of her breasts and abdomen, both of which changed following child-rearing. We discussed performing a breast lift (mastopexy) with autologous fat grafting for added volume and contour. She would also undergo an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks for an improved abdominal contour.
During her surgery, I performed bilateral mastopexies, and I liposuctioned fat from her abdomen and flanks and injected 300 cc into her breasts for improved contour and shape. She then underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with liposuction of her flanks. She is shown postoperatively with an amazing transformation of her breasts and abdomen. She couldn’t be happier with her results!
