This is a pleasant 43 year old female who presented to me Scottsdale office for removal of her existing silicone breast implants. She had them for years, and although they were not giving her any physical symptons, for medical reasons, she wished explantation.
During her surgery, I performed complete capsulectomies, implant removal, mastopexies, and I used fat taken from her abdomen, inner thighs, back, arms, and flanks, and injected it into her breasts for improved volume.
She is incredibly pleased with her results, and her post operative breast aesthetics are possible even better than her pre-operative appearance with implants. She is worry free and will live the rest of her life happily without breast implants.
