This pleasant 63 year old female presented to my Scottsdale office requesting a Mommy Makeover. She was displeased with the appearance of her breasts and abdomen, and after taking care of everyone else her entire life, she decided it was now her turn. We discussed subfascial breast augmentation with placement of Galaform mesh, an abdominoplasty, and liposuction of the back and flanks.
During her surgery, I performed her subfascial augmentation first, and used Galaform mesh to maximize the chances of a long-lasting result. Her mastopexy was then performed to place the breast in the appropriate position and to reduce the excess skin. Finally, liposuction and an abdominoplasty were performed.
She is so pleased with her results and states that her confidence has returned. She is shown 2 months following her procedure.
