The patient is a 23-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office dissatisfied with the cosmetic appearance of her breasts. The patient noted significant deflation and glandular ptosis. The patient is quite active and exercises regularly, and she was excited to return back to exercising earlier with a less painful recovery. The patient opted to undergo subfascial placement of anatomically shaped silicone implants for a natural appearance, with lower pole reinforcement with GalaFORM 3D mesh for lower pole stabilization. 310 cc textured anatomical implants were used to achieve a natural aesthetic result. She is shown 2 months allowing her surgery.
