This is a 34 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale office requesting increased fullness in the upper poles as well as midline cleavage. She wanted to have a natural aesthetic outcome and we discussed a subfascial breast augmentation with moderate profile Sientra implants in the 300cc range. During her surgery, I created her subfascial pockets which were supported with Galaflex for stabalization of her lower poles and ultimately placed Sientra 300cc Moderate Profile Smooth Rounc Silicone gel implants. She is shown 2 months following her surgery feeling incredibly pleased with her results.
