This 32 year old female presented to my office complaining of the appearance of her inner and outer thighs. She had attempted weight loss through diet and exercise, but despite this, she still felt dissatisfied with the appearance of these areas. She underwent poer-assisted liposuction of her inner and outer thighs and is shown 3 months following her surgery
