This patient is a 45-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of oversized breasts which caused back, neck, and shoulder issues. The patient was noted to have a left breast which was larger than the right and also had excess fullness in the bra fat area bilaterally. I felt that breast reduction with liposuction of the bra fat would give the patient the best overall results. I removed 209 grams from the left and 143 grams from the right due to asymmetry and performed an anchor scar lift with liposuction of the bra fat bilaterally. The patient recovered quickly and was very happy with her improved physical symptoms and appearance.
