The patient is a 19-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of oversized and drooping breasts, which gave her back, neck and shoulders issues. I felt a bilateral breast reduction would give her significant improvement in her symptoms and correct the asymmetry and ptosis. The patient wished to be as small as reasonably possible and preferred to be in the smaller B or full A range if she could be.
