This pleasant 52 year old female presented to my office dissatisfied with the size and position of her 40DDD breasts. She wanted her breasts to be more proportionate to the rest of her body and she ultimately underwent a bilateral breast reduction for improved size, shape, and contour of her breasts. She is shown 3 months following her surgery.
