The patient is a 65-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain, bra strap grooving and difficulty finding clothing due to her extremely large, pendulous breasts. I felt that bilateral breast reduction would give the patient the best overall results. During surgery 640 grams was removed from the right breast and 822 grams was removed from teh left breast. I felt that bilateral breast reduction and power assisted lipousuction of the lateral chest would give the patient the best overall results.
