Breast Reduction Case 406

This patient is a 36 year old female who presented to my office with complaints of heavy, droopy, asymmetrical breasts which caused back, neck and shoulder issues.  I felt she would be an excellent candidate for breast reduction surgery.  During surgery, 325 grams on the right and 472 grams on the left were removed, and the breasts were lifted with an inverted T scar mastopexy.  She recovered nicely and was thrilled with the appearance of her breasts as well as with the improvement in her physical symptoms.
