This lovey 41-year-old female presented to my office unhappy with her appearance after 4 pregnancies and child rearing. She had significant breast deflation and had a large abdominal pannus. Subfacial and abdominal reconstruction was recommended for improvements in these areas. I used 385cc's Sientra moderate plus implants, GalaFLEX for lower pull support and abdominal 360 lipo. She is so happy with her outcome and is shown 1 year following surgery, maintaining her beautiful new shape.
