The patient is a 24-year-old male who presented to my office with complaints of excess fullness in the chest despite working out regularly. I felt that bilateral power-assisted liposuction of the chest in combination with glandular tissue resection would give the patient the best overall results.
During surgery I performed liposuction of the chest and also removed a total of 29 grams of tissue from the right chest and 24 grams from the left.
The patient recovered quickly and was very happy with the flatter, more masculine appearance of his chest and areolas.
