This lovely 28 year old female presented to my office requesting a subfascial breast augmentation. The patient wore an A cup and wished to be a full C/small D. I performed a subfascial breast augmentation using Sientra 355cc/385cc Moderate Profile Plus smooth round gel implants and Galaflex for lower pole support.
