This lovely 28 year old female presented to my office requesting a subfascial breast augmentation. The patient wore an A cup and wished to be a full C/small D. I performed a subfascial breast augmentation using Sientra 355cc/385cc Moderate Profile Plus smooth round gel implants and Galaflex for lower pole support. She is beyond thrilled with her results and is shown 6 months following her surgery with amazing cleavage and upper pole fullness.
