This is a 32-year-old female presented to the office dissatisfied with her breast. She wanted improvements in cleavage and upper pull fullness and a more “augmented” high projection look, implants are in the 400cc range. Given the fact that she worked out a lot with her upper body a subfacial approach for improved exercise tolerance and lack of restrictions. Several sizers were placed into the subfacial pocket and I chose Sientra 415cc high profile silicone gel with GalaFLEX for lower pull for support. She’s extremely pleased with her outcome and is shown preop and 1 year postop.
