Sub-Fascial Breast Augmentation Case 895

This is an athletic 42 year old female who presented to my office dissatisifed with the appearance of her old submuscular breast augmentation which had been performed many years ago by another surgeon. Following several pregnancies, her breasts had drfopped significantly, deflated, and no longer were youthful. Given her fitness activities and weight lifting, I offered a subfascial revision with a lift for an improved outcome. During her surgery, her old implants were removed, the capsules were resected, her muscle was reinserted into the chest wall and her new implants were placed in the subfascial position supported by Galaflex and finally a full mastopexy was performed. I used Sientra 385-cc Moderate Profile smooth round silicone gel implants and she is shown 6 months following her suegery with a gorgeous, natural results with improved cleavage, better position and her shape and contour is spectacular.
