This 30-year-old female presented to the office, unhappy with the appearance of her breasts and complaining of hypomastia as well as mild asymmetry. She wanted to be a full C cup. She underwent a subfacial breast augmentation, GalaFLEX for lower pull support and after placing numerous sizers I chose 355cc's for the right and 385cc's for the left, both are moderate profile plus Sientra gel silicone implants. She is shown here at her 1 year follow-up post surgery, looking gorgeous with excellent cleavage and upper pull fullness.
