This stunning 22 year old patient presented to my Scottsdale office requesting a subfascial breast augmentation. The patient was displeased with the size, shape, and minor assymetry of her breasts. She wanted to look full with good volume in the upper pole and beautiful cleavage. During her surgery, I placed several sizers into the subfascial pocket and ultimately placed Sientra 415cc moderate profile HSC+ smooth round silicone gel implants. I also used Galaflex in the lower pole for additional soft tissues support and stabiliazation of her inframmamory folds. She is shown at 1 year following her surgery with an absolutely gorgeous result.
