This pleasant 24 year old female presented to my Paradise Valley office requesting correction of her congenital breast asymmetry. The patient wore an A cup and wished to be a full C. She also wished improvements in her symmetry. We discussed a Sigalift subfascial breast augmentation with Galaflex lower pole support to provide her with the best aesthetic option.
During her surgery, I created her subfascial pockets, placed the Galaflex mesh for lower pole support, and ended up using a Sientra 320cc moderate profile silicone implant on the left and a 300cc Sientra moderate profile silicone implant on the right.
She is shown 2 months following her surgery with overall improved breast aesthetics and symmetry. She is ecstatic with her new figure and is grateful that she underwent surgery at our center.
