This is a 19 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with tubular breast deformity which made herself conscious about her appearance. We discussed a sub-fascial breast augmentation using Galaflex scaffold to create a lower and more defined inframammary fold. In addition, circumareolar mastopexies would be required to minimize the “puffy” appearance of her areolaes. The patient also requested an extremely natural looking outcome, and requested use of anatomical shaped implants to maximize her aesthetics.
During her surgery I created a subfascial pocket, sewed the Galaflex to her chest wall to provide support, and placed 350cc implants Sientra moderate profile anatomically shaped silicone implants, followed by circumareolar mastopexies.
She is shown 2 months following her surgery and could not be more satisfied with her outcome. She walks with better posture, her figure fits her frame, and she has a definite glow about her following her surgery.
