This is a 38-year-old female who came into the Scottsdale office dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts. She requested a subfacial breast augmentation. She was a small B and wanted to be a full C, small D. She underwent a subfacial breast augmentation with GalaFLEX. I ultimately chose 385cc's, Sientra moderate profile plus on the right side and 415cc's on the left. She also had a bilateral nipple reduction. She is shown here at 1 year following surgery with a beautiful shape and cleavage.
