This pleasant 31 year old female presented to my Scottsdale office requesting breast enhancement. She stated that she had been a small B cup her whole life and wished for a full yet natural result. After discussing both dual-plane and subfascial techniques, she decided on going with the subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform 3D bioresorbable scaffold for lower pole support, a.k.a., the "SIGA-LIFT."
During her surgery, I placed multiple sizers in order to achieve the exact result she was hoping for. I ended up using Sientra Moderate Profile HSC+ 435 cc smooth round silicone gel implants and Galaform 3D bioresorbable scaffold for support. She couldn't be happier with her outcome and is shown 2 months after her surgery.
