This lovely 25 year old female presnted to my Scottsdale office requesting a breast augmentation. She had done a lot of research and came to me because I specialize in subfascial breast augmentation, using Galaform 3D mesh for lower pole support. She was lookoing for a full and "augmented" look. We discussed the technical considerations as well as the likely implants that would give her the look that she was trying to achieve.
During her surgery, I used several sizers to give her the best outcome and ultimately selected Sientra HSC+ moderate profile 270 cc on the right and 310 cc omn the left.
She is shown before and 2 months following her surgery. She absolutely loves her breasts and feels proportionate to the rest of her body. She has the fullness in the upper poles an the soft appearance of subfascial implants and is overall incredibly thrilled with her result! The SIGALIFT has given her all that she had hoped for!
