This pleasant 71 year old female presented to my office dissatisfied with her aging lower face and neck. She wanted a more youthful neckine and lower jawline. She did not wish to look overly pulled and definitely did not want to have the "wind-blown" appearance. She underwent a mini-facelift with submental liposuction and is shown here 3 mnths following her surgery loving her aestheteic outcome.
