This pleasant 55 year old female presented to my office dissatisfied with the appearance of her face and neck. She had undergone weight loss and felt that her facial and neck regions appeared older than she actually was. She underwent a full facelift with submental liposuction and neck tightening. She is shown 6 months following her surgery pleased with her improved neck and jawline.
