This pleasant 66 year old female presented to my office complaining that her face had aged significantly over the last several years. She wanted to look younger, but she did not want to look "fake" or "wind-blown." She underwent a full facelift with submental liposuctioning and neck tightening and is shown 6 months following her surgery with a more restored and youthful facial appearance.
