This lovely 62 year old female presented to my Scottsdale office stating that she wanted to look "fresher." She stated that she felt great physically but wanted something that would make her look more youthful and vibrtant without looking fake and overdone. I suggested a mini-facelift with upper eyelid blepharoplasties.
Her facelift surgery went great and I was able to tighten the important structures below the skin to give her a long lasting result. The upper blepharoplasty provided a nice youthful appearance of her upper lids without looking "overdone."
In the end, my patient was so happy with her aesthetic outcome and feels so good about her more vibrant appearance. She is shown before and 2 months post-op, feeling great and looking significantly more youthful.
