The patient is a 64-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breasts, which were smaller than she wanted as well as desiring more fullness in the upper pole. I felt the patient would benefit from upsizing, exchange from saline to silicone and lateral and inferior pocket tightening. I felt she also might need a superomedial release as well as circumareolar mastopexies to improve the overall aesthetics of the breasts.
Mentor smooth round high profile cohesive silicone gel implants. On the left side, the implant was 600 cc and on the right side, the implant was 650 cc.
