The patient is a 52-year-old female who came to my Scottsdale practice and had previously undergone breast surgery and developed inferior and lateral malposition with the right side being worse than left. She also had some asymmetry with the right breast appearing larger and she was noted to have an animation deformity of right breast when flexing her pectoralis muscles.
Duing surgery, I performed a complex breast revision with capsulectomies, implant exchanges and revision mastopexies. She recovered nicely and was very happy with her softer, more shapely and fuller breasts.
