This pleasant 48 year old female presented to my office with bilateral Grade 3 capsular contractures. She had previously undergone bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with silicine implants. She wished to be slightly larger but natural. She underwent bilateral capsulectomies, placement of Strattice mesh lower pole reinforcement, and 325 cc anatomically shaped silicone implants. She is shown 4 months following her surgery.
