Breast Augmentation (Corrective) Case 778

The patient is a 45-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of significant changes in the breasts and body due to prior surgery as well as pregnancies. I felt the patient would benefit from a complex breast revision as well as an extended abdominoplasty due to severe abdominal wall laxity. Preoperative saline implant deflation was performed to reduce the capsule size and to shrink the patient's breast skin.

In surgery i performed a bilateral complex breast revision with complete capsulectomies, implant exchange, and placement of Strattice Contour 2 bilaterally, Circumareolar mastopexies and liposuction of the bra fat were also performed in addition to an extended abdominoplasty with multidirectional fascial plication.

The patient recovered well after surgery and was very happy with her improved appearance.
 

Allergan smooth round cohesive silicone gel Natrelle Inspira implants. These were SoftTouch low profile implants. On the left side, the implant was 250 cc and on the right side, it was 280 cc due to preoperative asymmetry.
