This pleasant 60 year female presented to my office complaining of a "tired and run-down" appearance of her face and upper eyelids. She was most dissatisfied with her neck, which she stated had aged significantly in the last several years. After discussing both non-surgical as well as surgical options, she underwent a facelift and upper blepharoplasty for a more youthful aesthetic facial appearance. She was perhaps most satisfied with the outcome of her neckline, which she stated, looked the way it did when she was in her 30's.
