This pleasant 60 year old female presented to my office complaining of loose facial and neck skin. She wanted a more youthful appearance without looking "wind-blown" or "over-tightened." She underwent a facelift with submental liposuction for a more youthful neck and jawline. She is shown 3 months following her surgery.
