Breast Augmentation (Corrective) Case 469

This patient is a 50-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breasts which were too large and droopy. The patient wished to have her old implants removed and replaced with fat grafting. I felt a bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) with removal of her old implants and lower pole tissue resection to reduce the breast weight would be important to do.  I also recommended liposuction of the flanks with fat grafting to the upper breasts to retain some upper pole fullness.

Surgery was performed and the patient was extremely happy with her new, improved appearance, especially considering that I was able to remove her old implants and maintain good breast fullness with fat grafting.
