Breast Augmentation (Corrective) Case 686

This pleasant 53 year old female presented to my office with a ruptured left breast saline implant that had been placed over 15 years prior. She did not wish to be significantly larger and did not want a breast lift. She underwent bilateral capsulectomies and implant exchange using 375 cc high profile smooth round silicone gel implants. She is shown 3 months following her surgery.
