Breast Augmentation (Corrective) Case 689

This pleasant 45 year old female presented to my office 3 years after undergoing bilateral breast augmentation by another surgeon. She felt that her left breast was tighter and smaller than her right breast. She presented with a capsular contracture and asymmetry and wished to be more even and full. SHe underwent bilateral capsulectomies with implant exchange using 350 cc high profie smooth round silicone implants and is shown 3 months following her surgery.
