Breast Augmentation (Corrective) Case 829

This is a 45 year old female that presented to my Scottsdale office with a severe capsular contracture of the left breast from her original breast augmentation done in 1994 by another surgeon.  She originally had saline implants placed below the muscle, and given her severe capsular contracture, I recommended that she undergo a subfascial site change, use of Galaflex scaffold and she requested anatomical implants for a tear dropped shape and natural outcome. 

During her surgery, I meticulously removed her capsules, obliterated her old pocket, and created a new pocket on top of the muscle (subfascial). I used a 450cc Sientra tear dropped shaped silicone implant on the right and a 400cc Sientra tear dropped shaped silicone implant on the left, both implants being supported by Galaflex. 

She is shown 8 weeks following her surgery, with beautiful soft and natural looking breasts.  She is thrilled with her outcome and loves her new shape.
